Everything is packed by hand in our studio and dispatched once your payment has been verified.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and is complimentary on orders over $150. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days.
Timings start from the day your transfer is verified, not the day you place the order.
Full-price pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Sale pieces are final.
Email us with your order number to start a return. Once we receive the parcel we refund by bank transfer to the account you paid from.
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so it's reserved for you immediately.
