We take payment by bank transfer. It means no card fees, and it takes one extra step compared with a card checkout.
Fill in your details at checkout and place the order. Nothing is charged at this point — your pieces are simply reserved for you.
You'll land on your order page with our bank details and the exact amount to transfer. Use your order number (it looks like SL-260729-K4P2) as the payment reference so we can match your transfer straight away.
Attach the bank slip or a screenshot of the transfer confirmation on the same page, along with the bank you sent it from and the amount. JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF all work, up to 5 MB.
We check the transfer against your order — usually within one business day — and email you as soon as it clears. Your order then moves into preparation and ships on the method you chose.
If anything doesn't match, we'll email you before doing anything else. Nothing is dispatched until payment is verified.
